eBay. Such Fun.

I have a nice long history of buying stuff on eBay, including QUITE a little history involving discontinued Alice Starmore yarns and books, but now I am a Seller. This is a higher-anxiety activity, but much less expensive.

And what am I selling off?

Well, a lot of the Starmore stuff I bought a few years ago, for one thing. As all of the knitters have noticed, there aren't a lot of textiles on this site lately, just text. I have been knitting, but not as much as I used to. Energy shift.

So I don't think I'm going to knit up all the stuff I bought. Also, I could use the money. Therefore, I'm selling it. Happy to do it, in fact. Today I'm mailing off the original yarns for Kaffe Fassett's "Whirling Stars" vest, to Australia.

Mailing yarn to Australia is pretty much like dragging coals on over to Newcastle, but hey. No questions here.

So all you Starmore fans, you keep your eyes peeled. This week, some Scottish Heather in a lovely golden "Scotch Broom" color, AND the original yarns to the "Jane Seymour" pullover from Tudor Roses. My, my.

Later, we start in on the books. Heh, heh, heh.
