Yet More Chicken Hats
Sometimes one sends out the fruit of one's labors into the universe and is rewarded, later, by receiving things such as this in the email:
This would be Liam, beloved nephew of Christina, who clearly adores his Raw Chicken Viking Hat, and is grateful to know his auntie, with whom he will clearly be having years of fun.
And besides the lovely picture of the disgruntled nephew adorned with knitted chicken pieces and Brunhilde tresses, Christina has also alerted me to the fact that Geoffrey Chaucer Hath a Blog (take thatte, Gower!) and so she is currently at the top -- the WAY top -- of my People I Am Glad To Know list.
Also, don't forget, she's the technogeek girly blogger who taught me how to put snarky comments under the photos on the blog, so that if you roll your cursor over them, you get an extra treat.
Unless you're using a Mac, in which case you don't, for reasons I canNOT understand, but maybe Christina will clear this up for me later.
Now I am off to read Geoffrey. He's invented a bunch of new internet abbreviations. My favorites: BSL! (by seinte loy), and OTPBRB (Offe to parliamente, be ryghte back).
