Nothing More Medieval
I have to go to work, really, I don't have time for this, I got a life and all, BUT Carl over at Going Medieval has made me happy today by going global; usually it's the Western leaders he takes to task for garbling the Middle Ages, but today it's equal opportunity, on account of the president of Iran has accused Western nations of being medieval -- well, you have to go see.
But as Carl points out, there's nothing more medieval than a good anachronism.

Update, for those readers concerned with my family's well being: we took the damn head-skirt (as the Child started calling it) off Chanthra, cause her surgical incision looks fine and the vet wasn't here to stop us. She's fine, and now Dara LOVES her again, and all is well. What a relief, to have the kittens curled up again sleeping. That was AWFUL, when they weren't speaking.
Also, Bear's Retreat has not yet fallen into Montour #8. So far, so good.
