Cunning and Baffling Rumors
So, the word over at Waste is that I tied for second place in the Bad Essay Contest, with three votes. However, that is just plain WRONG, cause I got FOUR votes, and thereby tied for first place! So y'all just go right on over there and demand a recount! No, no, wait, don't rush the door. Stampedes are so unseemly.
It would be nice, though, to have HALF of GLORY, which is my rightful prize, on account of I got all excited when Christina, over at Inner Bitch, announced that Blackadder is coming back.
Very excited indeed, that's what I got. But not only does the official Blackadder site fail to mention that the show's coming back, the unofficial Blackadder site dates this rumor from February, and scotches it. Alas.
So, that's too depressing, and I would like some GLORY, please.
However, since history has trained me not to expect too very much from election officials -- it's pretty damn hard to count up FOUR votes, you know; it makes your head hurt -- I'm not really anticipating GLORY, although, as I have mentioned, I by rights own half of it.
So if you would like to send some, that'd be fine by me.
